Return & Refund Policy

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos for quick resolution.

After approval, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
